While they were fast to respond the tech Jacob just gave a guess as to the problem with my LG dryer and said they could get a kit.  It would have been $468!  Then I asked about just the one part he then told me it would be $450 installed as it has to be special ordered from the factory.  LG has the part online for $77 with free shipping.  Then two screws and a wire clip to repair the part.  This company is a rip-off I recommend going elsewhere.
