Aaron and Rider talked me into giving them a review before they did the work. They gave us an exorbitant price which I made the mistake of accepting in the spot. We called 30 minutes later to cancel because we found out our fridge was under warranty and they refused to refund our money 100%. They charged this over $1,300 for what I would consider some pretty minor repairs and one of the parts they double charged us for. I would give negative stars if I could.  While they were fast to respond the tech Jacob just gave a guess as to the problem with my LG dryer and said they could get a kit.  It would have been $468!  Then I asked about just the one part he then told me it would be $450 installed as it has to be special ordered from the factory.  LG has the part online for $77 with free shipping. Jordan, our technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable. While repairing our ice maker, he gave me some simple advice on how I could fix an underperforming dishwasher.
